Just a few days ago I reported on Illenium's Angels & Airwaves remix (which I did not realize has been out for some time, so I AM SORRY), and today I am writing about Adventure Clubs remix of Taking Back Sunday – it is like middle school all over again.
Adventure Club has come out swinging in 2019 with a new cover uploaded to Proximity alongside Modern Machines and Saint Slumber. It is indeed everything you'd hope an Adventure Club x Taking Back Sunday pairing would sound like.
Adventure Club and Modern Machines really nailed this little redux, they keep the powerful and emotionally sparking vocals of the original and tie in their glistening, melodic dubstep sound perfectly. The New York-based Modern Machines has made a statement with this release that he is truly one to watch as 2019 continues.
