Thousands of fans, as well as the family and friends of Avicii, gathered in Stockholm this weekend for the celebration of life ceremony remembering the legendary artist. While the spots within the church were reserved for those close with Avicii, fans gathered around the entry of the cathedral to show their support and hoping to get a peek inside the ceremony.
TMZ reports that Avicii's father, Klas Bergling was one of the speakers at the ceremony. He spoke at length about his son and the incredible legacy which he left behind. To close the event a choir took the stage and sang a rendition of Avicii and Aloe Blacc's 2013 smash hit, ‘Wake Me Up'. It was an emotional moment for all in attendance. Watch the moment below.
