Knife Party briefly returned in 2018 with a remix for Pendulum's new remix compilation album. Unfortunately, almost across the board, the remix was a bit lackluster. While Knife Party was brutally vocal about not caring about the fan and critical reaction, they have stepped things up in a big way.
In their latest episode of the Knifecast, the duo teased a new track known only as ‘Ghost Town' and it is not what you might expect from Knife Party. The new track utilizes both trance, and progressive elements to create a true euphoric, upbeat vibe. Overall ‘Ghost Town' demonstrates that Knife Party is still very much on top of their game.
We expect new music to be dropping soon, most likely in the form of an EP. Will it be before the end of the year? Or will we get to ring in the new year with new Knife Party? Stay tuned for details and check out ‘Ghost Town' below.
