Oliver Heldens has been surprisingly quiet the last few months. The future house pioneer has been blessing fans with countless bangers throughout 2018, but his latest release might just be his best single released this year.

For the track, Oliver Heldens utilized his HI-LO alias. HI-LO is just a bit rawer and more techno-oriented than Heldens main moniker, and it seems the alias grows stronger with every new release.

HI-LO & Mike Cervello – ‘Impulse'

The new release, known as ‘Impulse', is a collaboration with Mike Cervello and is a driving, indulgent tech-house tune that will leave your brain spinning, and feet shuffling.

‘Impulse' is beautifully warped and designed in a way to elicit an immediate response from whoever is listening. The track wastes no time and dives into its unforgiving 4 on the floor beat with a seemingly ever ascending obtuse synth to create tension throughout.

This is the kind of music we love to hear here at EDM Sauce, and we are thrilled to see that Heldens is stronger than ever when it comes to productions. Take a listen to ‘Impulse' below.
