A few days ago, Dillon Francis sent out a seemingly innocent tweet. A tweet suggesting that if he got an unrealistic amount of Retweets he would wax Zedd's name into his chest. Now Dillon Francis is no stranger to the power of social media. But even the one-time meme king of EDM's interaction rate is far below 10K. It was a bold move. One with little pay off in his favor, but he still took this chance and we are entirely here for it.
Things escalated quickly – quite quickly. Soon the tweet starts to gain steam at a ridiculous pace. Before Dillon could even blink – the tweet hit its threshold and his fate was sealed.
I will say a lot of things about Dillon Francis, but I will never call him a quitter, as today he followed through on his ridiculous bet and sure enough – waxed Zedd‘s name into his chest hair. Check out the series of tweets below.
