Ed Banger Teases The Ultra Rare Unreleased 15-Minute Techno Track From Half Of Daft Punk

While it seems that Daft Punk will now be touring anytime soon (even though I will treat the Coachella line up dropping as a potential tour announcement again as I have for the last 12 years), the robots certainly haven't stopped making music. While Guy and Thomas have not dropped anything under the Daft Punk name since their work alongside The Weeknd, the duo has been hard at work as solo musicians.

Thomas Bangalter (the silver robot) worked on the soundtrack for the 2017 film release, ‘Riga (Take One)'. The film was an arthouse release, and many critics and fans alike declared the best part of the movie was its soundtrack.

15 Minutes Of Techno Bliss

Ed Banger Records took to Instagram today to tease the unreleased vinyl release of Thomas' driving 15-minute acid techno masterpiece featured in the film. While the track is not an Ed Banger release, the label has always had the back of its top artists. The album was auctioned off at the release of the movie according to Reddit.

Interestingly enough, Facebook shows that only 39 people attended the event. Once again proving the point that Daft Punk is in it for the art and not the publicity. Check out the track below.
