The super talented ESKEI83 brings about his newest single to Crispy Crust Records. Something of an innovator, the bass producer and award-winning DJ releases the superb “Make The Record Skip,” part of an ongoing project titled #MakeTheRekordSkip.
He says: “As a DJ with a long and successful Turntablism and DJ battle background, performing my tracks live was always very important, and still is. I scratch, do work with a sampler/drum pads and use turntables. My sets stand out because I’m not just playing tunes; I actually do something during the set. Especially in EDM/bass music, it’s not very common that DJs do more than just playing tracks.”
With that in mind, this track pulls together some wicked elements – from its tumultuous drops to the stammering drum beats, you can also identify vinyl and scratching sound effects to give it another angle. We're digging it!
