Ultra Responds: “…does not mark the end of Ultra In Miami”

A massive development has hit the world of EDM as the Miami City Council has shot down a contract which would have allowed Ultra to take place at Bayfront Park for the next five years. After months, and months of delayed votes and new information, the city sided with a handful of residents to not approve the new contract.

Hope Remains

There was a general mix up when reporting this for most outlets, including ours.

Ultra is not banned from Bayfront Park. Only the 5-year contract was voted against. Now is the time that Ultra needs vocal supporters more than ever. New deals can be created over the next months.

Ultra Worldwide released a statement explaining they do not have plans to leave Miami. They further explained that they look forward to returning in March 2019 for the 21st edition of Ultra Music Festival.
