Lost Lands 2018 has just wrapped up. While the festival has been dealing with a lot of backlash on social media for various reasons, it still was a wild weekend full of unreleased music. While it seemed that every artist who took the stage brought numerous IDs with them, the one which has captured the attention of the dance music community as a whole is a spooky new bop from the alien queen herself, REZZ.
REZZ Drops Unreleased HEATER At Lost Lands 2018
REZZ played the closing night of Lost Lands as a major tropical depression was barreling towards the Legend Valley. The remnants of Hurricane Florence only added fuel to REZZ’s fire. During her set, she dropped a stunning new ID which caused the crowd to literally melt. It is no wonder why REZZ is being lauded as one of the most exciting talents in the game.
It’s because she is seemingly unstoppable when it comes to hypnotic, haunting bass. Check out the new track below.

REZZ Kept The Unreleased IDs Coming All Fall
This Lost Lands drop was just one entry in what turned out to be a nonstop run of festival IDs for REZZ throughout the back half of 2018. She’d already dropped her sophomore album, Certain Kind of Magic, via Mau5trap that August, but that didn’t slow down the flow of new, unheard material at her live shows. Less than a week after this set, she debuted another unreleased track at Red Rocks, and by late October she’d put together an entire mixtape, “Nightmare on Rezz Street,” made up exclusively of unreleased IDs, complete with visuals to match the Halloween-season vibe.
That run cemented something fans already suspected – REZZ treats her live sets almost like a testing ground, regularly previewing material that hasn’t been announced anywhere else. It’s part of why chasing down her festival IDs became such a fixture of dance music Twitter that year, with fans scrambling to Shazam or record clips any time she stepped on stage. Whether or not this specific Lost Lands ID ever got an official title and release, it fit right into a stretch where REZZ was clearly sitting on more music than she knew what to do with.
