I will come out and say it from the rip – I absolutely love this song. Upon listening I was transported back to an incredibly specific memory. It was December of 2010 at Pacha NYC (RIP). The line up featured Afrojack, R3hab, Bassjackers and Bobby Burns. Needless to say, the evening featured a ton of heavy electro and specifically the buzzsaw synth. To this day it remains one of the best nights of music I have ever attended. Tiesto relied on the acid house inspired buzzsaw synth and used it throughout ‘WOW' to create a truly unforgettable track.

Tiesto did not give himself a lot of time to make a statement as ‘WOW' is only two and a half minutes in length. Therefore, he wastes no time dropping directly into the madness. There is no doubt that ‘WOW' is a mainstage statement piece. It has all the elements to make a crowd lose their minds.
