I will be perfectly honest here…I cannot get enough of Melbourne Bounce. So naturally, I am going to end up absolutely loving a tune involving Deorro. This little track known as ‘Knockout' has a few surprises peppered throughout though. So how does it live up to the hype around a collaboration featuring three bonafide superstars? Pretty freaking well.

Deorro, MAKJ, and Quintino – ‘Knockout'

Deorro a true legend of Bounce, Quitino a legend of Big Room and the genre-defying MAKJ have gotten together for a unique little Bounce tune. The track is about what you might expect at the beginning and final moments, but it is in between that stands out a bit.

The middle section of the tune is a melodic break that is unexpected but equally welcome. It helps build the tension for the final drop and gives the listener a chance to breath a little bit. I love to see a bit of innovation in production, and something as simple as taking a chance on song structure stands out in this day and age. Check out the new tune below.
