Australian producer Litche just released his debut self titled EP on La Belle Musique and it's four tracks of pure gold. The hybrid release brings all types of sounds and styles together: chillwave, pop, trip-hop, future trap, and various other cool sounding sub-genres of beautiful music. The stand out single on the EP for me is probably “Voyage” featuring lush vocals via Woodes, but overall this project is seriously an eye opener regarding Litche's production talent and ear for proper vocal features. “Making this ep was both a solitary and collaborative experience. I’m really drawn to both aspects of the creative process. All of theses songs were inspired by either a texture, or a field recording. I really like to use samples with imperfection because they add a human and tangible element to a song. It helps me to connect to an idea as it starts to form because I feel I can connect with something that feels real and relatable.” – Litche
