Tributes to the late Tim Bergling have been hitting stages across the globe since his untimely passing on April 20th. We knew that Avicii's legacy lived on throughout the Music industry and left artists across genres speechless at the loss. We saw people like Madonna, Nile Rogers, Zac Brown Band and Aloe Blacc mourning the loss. One that caught me by surprise was one that hit the web this weekend, from rapper French Montana.
A show taking place in Norway featured French Montana dropping Avicii‘s timeless track “Wake Me Up”. Captioning his Instagram video, Montana states “YOU WAS SHINING THROUGH THESE DARK CLOUDS ON US !! @avicii WHAT A POWERFUL MORNING.” The overall ora of this scene is breathtaking as the crowd enters euphoria at the drop of the track. You can see in Montana's face the disbelief of its reception capping off a truly remarkable event.
