The return of Swedish House Mafia at Ultra 20 reminded the world just how much they loved the pure beauty of progressive house. Now a lot of artists have started to once again to revisit the genre which helped them gain initial popularity. To be honest, we couldn't be happier about it either.
Today Nicky Romero was the latest artist to tease a new production in the progressive paradigm. In a short Instagram story post, with unfortunately no sound, Nicky uploaded a still shot of a new song that he is working on with the tagline ‘Progressive is back. I mean not going to lie I got chills. In today's world of dance music the future bass, big room sound has taken over. To many, it has also hurt creativity in production. It is truly exciting to be getting a new flood of progressive hits once again.
