The Bloody Beetroots Drops Video For ‘Nothing But Love’, Announces Vinyl Release Of “The Great Electronic Swindle”

One of electronic music’s most revolutionary and original producer/songwriters THE BLOODY BEETROOTS returns with the video for “Nothing But Love” featuring Jay Buchanan of Rival Sons. The song appears on THE BLOODY BEETROOTS‘ third studio album The Great Electronic Swindle (Last Gang Records) which fans can pre-order limited edition colored double vinyl today here.

The limited edition album vinyl features artwork by Tanino Liberatore. An early and enduring inspiration to Rifo, Liberatore created RanXerox, one of the most iconic anti-heroes featured in the pages of Heavy Metal. He’s also done covers for comics such as Batman, Conan and even Hustler for their 1984 Hooker Honey issue. Record collectors will recognize Liberatore‘s work from album covers including Frank Zappa‘s The Man from Utopia and The Bloody Beetroots’ first two albums Romborama and Hide.

The 17-song collection covers diverse musical range from post-punk to soft melodic tracks like “Nothing But Love.” “Sometimes it is said, ‘Music saved my life,’ but I say, ‘JAY saved my life.’ He managed to translate into words all the heartache I was in and he calmly and patiently explored a great personal path of recovery for me,” says The Bloody Beetroots’ Sir Bob Cornelius Rifo about the hard-driving ballad. “Without him, this song would not be real and I would probably not be here to talk about it.” The video, shot in Nashville, reflects these feelings.
