Last week Deadmau5 announced that he is preparing for the most epic project of his entire career. He only gave us one hint – it involved a 60 piece classical orchestra. Even though that hint more or less gave away the entire project, fans still waited patiently to learn more.
Deadmau5 took to a live stream last night to confirm everyone's suspicions and play out several selections of from his vault of orchestral edits. These tracks sound down right gorgeous. They are powerful, immaculate and some of the most captivating tracks we have heard in quite some time. If there is an acoustic tour to accompany these recordings then it will be without a doubt the most outstanding electronic music projects of all time.
