Following quite the number of collaborations and remixes, two NYU students Sean Squires and Dan Valente — known together as Opvs — have alas released their debut solo single.
The duo's remix of Post Malone's “Too Young” with G.KNOW was a favorite of mine towards the tail end of the summer, but I am especially excited about their new single “Desensitize” featuring Ayelle. Infused with trap elements, Opvs have created a fun future bass tune that reminds me of Louis The Child's carefree style and I cannot stop listening. Not to mention, listening to the Post Malone remix and this… it just makes me miss the summer.
