Carnage has a niche of turn up trap music more or less on lock down. Love him, hate him, Team Deadmau5 or Team Carnage, one would have to be stupid to ignore the massive success the producer has seen curating his signature sound. He has locked down massive tracks with some of hip hops biggest names, curated his own massively successful festivals and demonstrated that while his antics may be wacky from time to time – he knows exactly what he is doing at the end of the day.
A Change of Pace?
Carnage has often dived into other genres with varying success. For a bit last year he really championed psytrance, he has also talked at length about his love of hardstyle. These two are not that much of a stretch as they match his noteworthy high energy sets. Well today Carnage announced he hopes to be able to perform a full extended tech house set by year's end. We aren't sure if this is a troll that is just a continuation of the current Deadmau5 beef or what. Needless to say his fans are just as confused.
