Calvin Harris has made Las Vegas a sort of second home in the last five years. The superstar DJ who routinely ranks as the top earning artist in the industry plays the city several times a year. He holds a residency at Omnia, and pulls down hundreds of thousands of dollars for each performance. The tragedy that struck the Route 91 Festival when a domestic terror attack left over 50 dead and more than 500 injured hit the music community as a whole hard.
Calvin took to Instagram to announce he would be donating his performance fee to the Las Vegas Victims Fund. Calvin also calls for his fans to engage with the ones they love and to get off of the digital world as we never know what moment might be our last. We applaud Calvin for his selfless act.
