This has been the collaboration on just about everyone's mind the past few weeks. Ever since Kayzo started to tease his work alongside the heaven trap pioneers, Slander, the public has been dying to get a taste. Expectations were only driven higher with the announcement that the trio of artists would release a full EP. Today we are finally able to hear the first single off of the forthcoming EP, ‘Without You'. Does it live up to the hype?
In short – yes. It is beautifully produced and emotionally powerful. The track finds a perfect home on Monstercat as well. The label won big by attracting the release of the full EP. That being said while ‘Without You' is a gorgeous track, it is a bit different from what we expected. We have heard this kind of production before, and were hoping to hear some really exciting new sounds from this dream team collaboration. That being said this is only the first track from the upcoming EP, and we cannot wait to hear what is next.
