Just a week after dropping an unorthodox 25-minute mix of new music, Louis the Child have continued their reign on 2017 with a remix to fellow Chicago-Native Chance the Rapper’s hit “All Night”. We have always known about Louis the Child, but, this festival season has seemed to bring them to the forefront of the industry with their unique blend of funk/trap sound.
On the brink of announcing their “Last To Leave Tour” across the Home of the Brave (a tour with dates including a combination of: Prince Fox, Win & Woo, Party Pupils, Joey Purp, Lauv, Louis Futton, Ashe and Point Point), they have absolutely smashed the South Chicago Rapper’s hit single “All Night”. A funky, groovy track in its own regard, they have slowed down the chorus while adding some snare percussion to Chance’s Lyrics. The build blends a sweet combination of a haunted feel that drops into the trap/funky spill that we are used to from these guys. They incorporate a mirage of their signature-sound-synths and perfect percussion tempo to deliver what is one of the more solid EDM Chance Remix's to date.
