German DJ Thomas Gold has stolen our hearts many time before with tracks “Alive” with Kate Elsworth and Dirty South as well as “Magic” with Jillian Edwards. The guy that is known for his banger Progressive, Electro, Trance sets is in my opinion one of the most underrated DJ's to grace the stage. Guy also has facial hair most of us can only dream of, are you kidding me? Perfection. Pairing up with melodic vocals has proven Tommy Boy well in the past. With his single “Dreamer” release this morning with the Angelic voice of Mimoza (my favorite Musician name of all time aside Fat Joe), Tommy continues his reign as one of EDM's most underrated DJ's.
Thomas Gold coming hot with the Gold on this track. Perfect August chune right here. Mimoza's vocals got me like woah. Super melodic and peaceful, what you look for in a down-tempo Progressive track. The verses groove to a hoppy tropical beat leading to a hook incorporating a bit more hop and what sound to be claps of a crowd? Caught myself clapping along. Later in the song, the hook turns to more of a gospel theme almost making you feel like you're “Dreaming”. They keep saying “don't wake a dreamer” but this song has me “woke”.
