Notaker has been taking the electronic dance scene by storm. The St Louis based producer has been a machine, methodically putting out music that seems to get exponentially better with each new track. This trend continues with the latest release of Wake Up Your’re Dreaming, a wonderful track that you can find on the Rocket League x Monstercat Vol.1 compilation.
Wake Up You’re Dreaming is a powerful synth driven house track with dark undertones. The blend of melody and nostalgic percussion in perfect harmony create a truly amazing track. You may hear people compare Notaker to k?d, M83, even Eric Prydz, but with so many great tracks in his repertoire it is time to stop comparing Notaker to anyone and start enjoying the incredible music he generates. The ability of this producer to create a layered yet atmospheric environment within his tracks is mind blowing. Be sure to check out all the tracks on Rocket League x Monstercat Vol. 1; I found this to be one to be one of the overall best tracks of the overall collection.
