Firefly Music Festival is sneaking up fast, and to no surprise will be featuring a wide variety of Electronic Dance Music acts on the 2017 lineup. Firefly is not specifically focused around EDM, so for those of us involved in the community, it is always a suspense-filled wait for the lineup to drop in hopes that we will see some of our favorite EDM artists in the game back at The Woodlands.
Plastered among the 4-day, 140+ band lineup, names like Flume, Galantis, Dillon Francis, and The White Panda stand out with a bold presence. The White Panda is a crowd favorite at Firefly, absolutely slaying the show on more than one occasion. Firefly also does a phenomenal Job of booking bands who haven't quite been picked up by the mainstream industry yet; this reflects accordingly with their selection of EDM artists with the likes of Shizz Lo, a Philadelphia native known to frequently dominate the underground bass music scene.
