Monstercat artists and fans, alike, have a tendency to be big gamers so it is no surprise to see that the Canadian electronic music label will be hosting a pre-party next week for PAX East — a gaming convention held annually in Boston. The concert will be at Royale on Thursday, March 9, as a part of Monstercat's AFK (Away From Keyboard) event series. As for the DJs to kick off the weekend, Drezo, Unlike Pluto and Robotaki, as well as a special, yet to be announced guest will be spinning.
“With such excitement brewing about PAX East,” the label stated in a press release. “This AFK event is bound to kick things off right.”
There's no PAX East badge required to purchase tickets here, but PAX East attendees will receive 15% off or $5 off the door price. Nonetheless, we hope to see you there!
