The sensational Seattle trio, Super Square, released a new track titled “Into Me” on Impossible Records earlier today. The trio, which consists of DJ Jimmy Hits, producer A_Rival, and vocalist Helen Eugene, is known for its high-energy performances which parallel the same energy in this track.
Ascending the confines of a specific genre, “Into Me” incorporates a variety of sounds to create a melodic, yet filthy track. Influences from trance, trap, and dubstep can all be heard throughout the entirety of the song. Sending a shiver up your spine, the vocals are a stark contrast to the dubstep infused drops. Overall the sounds juxtapositions create a unique and ironically fluid melody.
Super Square is poised to make 2017 theirs as they catch the ear of a wide proportion of the EDM community. With a unique set of talents and the creativity to mold the ever changing boundaries of dance music, Super Square is sure to be releasing more tracks in the near future.
