Yesterday the twittasphere just about exploded after Axwell tweeted a tantalizing photo. Quickly deleted to “destroy the evidence”, we were all sucked into a whirlwind that hinted at a return of Swedish House Mafia in 2017.
Unfortunately, this was a hoax. Axwell incentive again took to his Twitter today, but this time claiming “doesn't take much more than a wise guy with photoshop to start a rumour”. It doesn't come as a huge shock, as it seems this stunt is pulled every once in a while. This by far definitely marks as one of the most believeable attempts to throw us through a loop.

Well Axwell, you got us! But only because anytime somebody teases we want it to be true. Maybe it will one day but for now, it was just a drill.
