Just a few weeks ago, Boomslang X announced his rebrand to “Kapre”. For a lot of artists, a rebrand can be something thats really risky to do, and its always the first song they release that really sets the tone.
Kapre just released his first single under the new name, and we are excited to see what he has coming next.
According to him, he wanted the first release to be something special, so he chose one of his favorite unreleased songs to release and used his birthday as the right time to release it.
“Fly Away” has the emotional vocals of J. Esho with incredible acoustic and orchestral sounds in the back, this is something we didnt think would lead to the heavy electric guitar, progressive house drop that comes in.
