Last October, dirtybird record founder, Claude VonStroke, saw all his weirdest, funkiest, and coolest dreams come true with his very own music festival – the inaugural Dirtybird Campout. Delivering three days of straight summer camp fun underlined by nearly 72 hours of unforgettable, booty-shaking house by some of the best dirtybird DJs and their friends, Dirtybird Campout left an impressive afterglow on the dance music scene. Now, Dirtybird Campout is making its official return to Southern California in 2016 for three days of the best hard-hitting, groovy house in the world from October 7th to 9th.
The teaser video recently released by Counselor Claude dives into his vision for creating an one-of-kind escape for music fans that harkened back to memories of their childhood. Dirtybird Campout isn't your typical festival, as Claude ensures that the entire community is tied together with an “adult summer camp” theme, complete with slip ‘n slides, tug-o-war, basketball, archery, and more, for three days straight. When the dirtybird campers weren't grooving on the dance floor, you could find Justin Martin whippin' up pizzas at The Dough Lab, Claude and J. Phlip rowing boats in the lake, or Justin Jay playing basketball. Check out the teaser video below, and make sure to jump on the early-bird flash sale for tickets on June 25th here.
