Oh how time flies! In already it's fifth year, Summer Set Music Festival has grown from a random festival in Wisconsin back in 2011, to bringing over 70 artists and 20,000+ fans and becoming one of the biggest shows in the Midwest in 2015.
Today the first lineup was released. Headliner, Bassnectar, makes his appearance for the third year in a row along with Chance The Rapper, who will be returning this time around with a rare appearance from his live band, The Social Experiment. First-timer to Summer Set, Skrillex, has also been announced as the third headliner.
Also announced today was some News on ticketing. For the first time in Summer Set history, the festival is also providing all-in-one ticket options so fans can conveniently secure both festival and camping accommodations in one swift purchase.
By the looks of things so far, SSMF will be coming on strong with a variety of EDM, Hip Hop and live bands! From Fetty Wap to STS9 to Marshmello, you're guaranteed to find something you love at SSMF 2016. Personally, I can't wait for a Claptone set beneath the August sunset (if the festival time slot Gods hear my prayers!).
