Harlem Shake Removed from Baauer’s Soundcloud Account

Soundcloud was forced to start cracking down on their mass library of tracks that were not authorized to be uploaded recently. The move has left plenty of artists taking shrapnel hits. Baauer is the latest. His hit single “Harlem Shake” was removed from Soundcloud this past week after it was flagged as copyright infringement. Mad Decent, Diplo's label, released the song in 2013 to worldwide success and viral attention. They are currently working with Soundcloud on this issue. Baauer tweeted a picture on his Twitter account, confirming that the track was taken down.

You can still listen to the Harlem Shake on Soundcloud via Mad Decent's account.
