Official Eric Prydz remixes are seldom seen, which is understandable given how high Mr. Prydz tends to set the bar. German dj/producer Rune Reilly Kölsch, or simply Kölsch, has built a nice resume of remixing already stellar tracks, especially his work on Andhim‘s famous gem Hausch. Part of Kölsch's brilliance with this “Generate” remix is the direction in which he steers it, creating a deep house track rather than a progressive banger. The vocals are perfectly edited to match the surpressed sound but with the help of beautifully stretched out atmospheric chords and ambiance, Kölsch's remix still encapsulates that wavy, Pryda bliss that the fans crave. A must listen forsure.
