Andrew Rayel & Jwaydan – Until The End (MaRLo Remix) [ASOT #711 by Armin van Buuren]

MaRLo has a habit of releasing incredible remixes for just about every track he gets his hands on, and “Until The End” is no exception. It’s rare that anything coming out of his camp isn’t exactly up to par with what us trance fans want, and this one has already earned a spot on my personal “get up and dance around my room like I’m at a festival” playlist. The melodic feel combined with that pulsating bass line pretty much forces anyone within earshot to move, whether they meant to or not.

The original “Until The End” comes from Andrew Rayel and vocalist Jwaydan, and MaRLo takes the emotional trance vibe of the original and gives it a bigger, club-ready low end without losing what made the vocal-driven original so appealing in the first place. That’s the tightrope every good remixer has to walk: keep the parts fans fell in love with, but make it hit differently on a big rig. MaRLo nails that balance here, layering his signature groove underneath Jwaydan’s vocal without ever burying it.

The remix got its big co-sign when Armin van Buuren himself premiered it on episode #711 of his flagship radio show, A State of Trance, cementing it as one of the standout ID-to-release moments of that stretch of the show. Getting an ASOT premiere is still one of the biggest stamps of approval a trance producer can get, and for MaRLo and Andrew Rayel it’s more proof that their sound is resonating well beyond just their own fanbases.

If you’re into the euphoric, big-room side of trance, this is one you’ll want in your crate. It’s the kind of record that works just as well blasting through headphones on a drive as it does dropping in the middle of a packed set at your favorite festival.
