Fusion music, just like fusion food, can be amazing when done right. The Voyagers (deep/future house/house) combined with Alpharock (progressive house/electro) just recently came together to make the fusion track “Crossover”. I am going to venture to say that each of the artists built the coinciding portions to their own styles. This song provides a monster progressive house build up (Alpharock) then takes an unexpected turn and reveals a huge future/deep house drop (The Voyagers). Unorthodox drops are really being utilized perfect in the current music scene and “Crossover” continues the trend. This is such a danceable track and will provide a great switch-up to festival sets this spring and summer. I can only tell you so much without you actually listening, but “Crossover” provides a similar style as “Feel the Volume” by Jauz. The Voyagers have been putting out some really good music and have teamed up with artists like Oliver Heldens and Sam Feldt. The quality of their music is highly underrated in my opinion.
