Skrillex and Deadmau5 are constantly up to something, and are typically eachother's targets. We've witnessed Deadmau5 donning a shirt with Skrillex's number on it, prank calls back and forth on regular occasion, and now this. Last night in Brooklyn, Skrillex began the show with a modified version of the iconic helmet on, before removing it to continue the show. Attendees where obviously stoked at first, before quickly realizing it was just another gag.
It seems the prank-ship between the two is still going strong, and as with every antic, we can all eagerly await Deadmau5′ rebuttal. Deadmau5 kicking off a show wearing a Skrillex haircut wig, anyone?
