We are super excited about covering this because we have had this extended playlist on repeat since it was released. Setting the bar high, Sunsquabi has done it again giving us the Deluxe EP, an All Good Records release, with not just one but five originals. This extended playlist is nothing short of excellent as the trio from Colorado has taken the meaning of “jamming out” to a whole new level. Showing great enthusiasm working with artists in the past like Griz and Manic Focus, Sunsquabi will be a name to remember this upcoming year.
The first song we listened to was Pygmy Up, collaborating with well known artist Russ Liquid who added some well played trumpet into this upbeat artwork. As the song starts off Pygmy Up wastes no time getting right into the groove and as the song progresses, we feel more creativity and passion coming from the instruments. These musical geniuses amaze us with insane talent and a song which is impossible to turn off.
The other song we wanted to talk about was Cinnamon featuring Late Night Radio. This song was definitely a beautiful one as its relaxing vocals sweep you off your feet. The mellow guitar sets the tone for the song and gives you a sense of relaxation. Both are rising artists and hail from Colorado so its well assumed this piece will most certainly give these two a great boost of popularity.
We couldn't have been happier with how these five outstanding songs turned out. As soon as you plug your headphones in, the sweet music of Sunsquabi will take you on a journey to a happy place.
