Snakehips, MØ – Don’t Leave

MØ dont leave picIt's nice to see Snakehips finally getting the recognition they deserve. The British production duo who honed into their RnB inspired downtempo, funk-hop-tronica sound years ago with Soundcloud classics such as “Forever” and “Days With You” have now gained enough prevalence to work with the likes of top notch vocalists such as . The result, “Don't Leave”, is right on target with todays hyper trending future bass/pop but sticks out due to MØ's excellent performance and deep, cutting lyrics, especially for those heartbroken or love exhausted listeners. While the production is real cut and dry, which is a slight letdown considering Snakehip's impressive resume, MØ really makes the track and is without a doubt one of the top singers in electronic universe. Easily replayable, easily remixable, and easily relatable.
