Quintino

Quintino is one of Dutch house music’s most reliable hitmakers, the guy who’s been filling festival mainstages with big, brash, sing-along electro house for over a decade. Born Quinten van den Berg in Den Helder, Netherlands, he got his start the way a lot of Dutch legends do: getting scouted young. Laidback Luke discovered him at just 18 years old, and it didn’t take long for Quintino to turn that early cosign into a real career.

His breakout run came in 2011, when his remix of “Rap das Armas” started tearing up clubs and his original “Epic,” made with Sandro Silva, became one of the defining big room anthems of that era. That same year he co-produced Afrojack’s “Selecta,” cementing himself as a go-to collaborator for the Dutch house elite. A couple years later he leveled up again, teaming with Tiësto and Alvaro on the official Ultra Music Festival 2013 anthem, a track that basically every EDM fan of that generation can still hum.

Since then Quintino’s sound has stretched across electro house, progressive house, big room, and trap-inflected EDM, always built for peak-time sets. His catalog includes club staples like “Go Hard,” “Slammer,” and “Fatality,” plus remix work for names as big as Lady Gaga, Pitbull, LMFAO, and J Balvin. He dropped his debut album “Bright Nights” in October 2019, a full-length that let him show off range beyond the festival-banger format. He’s also a frequent studio partner for Hardwell, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, and R3hab, and his music has run through basically every major dance label at some point, including Spinnin’ Records, Revealed Recordings, Musical Freedom, Mixmash, and Tiësto’s own STMPD RCRDS.

Quintino’s consistency has kept him a fixture on DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs list, where he first cracked the ranking at No. 86 back in 2014 and climbed all the way to No. 25 in 2018 and 2019, still landing at No. 29 as recently as 2023. He remains a constant presence on the festival circuit, with tour dates continuing to roll out into 2026 and 2027. More than a decade into his career, Quintino is still one of the most dependable names when it comes to delivering peak-time energy on a big stage.
