Knife Party is an electronic music duo that was formed in 2008 by two members of the drum and bass band Pendulum. The duo consists of Rob Swire and Gareth McGrillen, who are also the only members of Knife Party. While they initially gained recognition for their work with Pendulum, they soon began to produce their own brand of electronica, which has been described as a mix of dubstep, electro house, and progressive house. Their debut album, ‘Abandon Ship,' was released in 2014 to critical acclaim, and they have since released a number of successful singles, including ‘Bonfire,' ‘Begin Again,' and ‘Sleaze.'
