As of late, the imprint Hybrid Trap has been releasing nothing but stand out tunes that are sure to light up any room. One of their latest release, “Polar Bear” comes to us as a collaboration from the minds of two stellar producers, MAKK and WKND Warrior, with vocals by none other than Jeff Kush. This track embodies everything we all know and love from the new wave of minimalist-style trap bangers.
This track catches the listener’s attention from the get-go with its eastern-style melody companied by a catchy drum pattern. From there Jeff Kush takes over with a fiery rap verse that brings the hype all the way through the build and into the drop, which features a bass sound that will have every bass-head banging away with disarray. On top of it all is a beautifully crafted high synth sound that is sure to stick out in any mix or set. Along with the four on the four format in the second drop this track is as real as they come from start to finish.
