When the news started to break that Kayzo was teaming up with SLANDER for a couple of releases off of the legendary label Monstercat, the internet lost its freaking mind. Kayzo has been undoubtedly the brightest rising star in 2017. SLANDER on the other hand continued to release single after single that held them in high esteem of the dance music community. So for these three individuals to come together for a collaboration, it meant something great was on the horizon.
The first collaborative effort from the guys, ‘Without You', was a little more relaxed than what was expected. It was a fine production but still just a bit underwhelming. That is why we are happy to report that the second single off of the collaborative EP, Dilapidation Celebration', is downright fire. ‘Holy' is a powerful track which builds tension for majority of the tune, but man when that tension finally gets release it is truly cathartic.
