Tritonal rose to fame making emotionally driven and gorgeous trance. The duo quickly evolved and demonstrated that they could make excellent progressive house as well as hard hitting electro. The guys demonstrated that they have a wide range of production skills. Now they have added a new category to their resume and it is a slowed down, relaxed ballad of sorts.
‘Good Thing' features airy vocals by Laurell and a gentle acoustic guitar riff throughout. It is not what you would expect from Tritonal but it is a good song. The biggest issue is that I can't shake the feeling that I have heard this before. While it might be new for Tritonal overall it has been done before.
