If you have been following Monstercat these past few weeks you must know that they have had some interesting releases up their sleeves. From Dirtyphonics & Bassnectar to Robotaki, Monstercat has been pulling out all of the tricks in the book for some exciting releases on the label. This Friday is no different with the highly anticipated collaboration from Wolfgang Gartner & Aero Chord, titled ‘Borneo'.
Two names that you would think you would never see together on a track have collided to make the tribal induced tune, ‘Borneo'. The percussion is heavy and relentless on this one, each drum hit pounds in your headphones and sounds alive. The synth work is reminiscent of old Wolfgang Gartner Electro House songs and Aero Chord even brings his own style to the table for the last drop of the song. The tune is 4 minutes of collaborative genius from the duo and it is definitely one of the most interesting songs we have heard in awhile.
