I attribute much of my love for EDM to Tiesto and Laidback Luke. The pair is both legends in their own right, and have a long history tweaking each other's tracks. Laidback Luke's remix of Tiesto's ‘Flight 643' still lives on as one of the greatest remixes of all time.
Tiesto scored one of the biggest tracks of the summer, and the entire year with his collaboration with Post Malone, ‘Jackie Chan'. Now LBL has stepped up to the plate to rework the single and has come through BIG TIME.

Laidback Luke is known for helping invent the Dutch House sound. His use of shrill and unexpected synths shaped a genre which artists such as R3HAB and Afrojack would wise out of many years ago. In his remix of ‘Jackie Chan' LBL pulls heavily from his Dutch House roots to deliver a truly impressive rework.
Part of what I love about this remix is that Luke kept the original intro to the track, seemingly leaving the first 20% of the song entirely untouched. Once the remix kicks into gear though it has classic Laidback Luke written all over it.
Wonky and wild synths ring out that will remind longtime fans of Luke's iconic single, ‘Break Down The House' instantly. LBL has spent a good deal of 2018 focusing on being a dad to his son and making sure his mental health stays his number one priority. While we applaud the steps Luke has taken in his life, it is really freaking awesome to hear that he still has all the potential in the world.
