Tiesto is not personally under investigation, but Afrojack could be in trouble.
The Dutch investigation service has searched Afrojack‘s house, finding correspondence between the DJ and tax advisor regarding embezzlement.
After the arrest of his tax advisor, Afrojack shared his shock and his unawareness of the situation. Currently, Afrojack has refused to comment and is putting the responsibility on his tax advisor.
We don't know for sure if Afrojack will be held personally responsible, but he could be responsible for paying a fine or additional taxes. According to reports, you are still personally responsible for your own taxes, even when an advisor is involved.
