ADE’s 30th Edition Adds Eric Prydz, Paul Kalkbrenner and 1,500 More Artists
Amsterdam Dance Event's second wave brings its 30th anniversary edition past 1,500 confirmed artists, with Eric Prydz, Paul Kalkbrenner, Ben Klock and even Scooter on board for October 21-25.

Amsterdam just raised the stakes for October. Amsterdam Dance Event — October 21-25, 2026, across 200+ venues in Amsterdam — has revealed the second wave of its 30th anniversary edition, and it’s a big one: more than 1,500 artists are now confirmed, according to the announcement, with the full program eventually topping 3,300 acts.

So who’s actually in this wave? Eric Prydz, Paul Kalkbrenner, Ben Klock, Maceo Plex, Âme, Todd Terry, Hunee, HAAi, Miss Monique, Max Cooper, DJ Stingray 313, CARISTA and Kittin & The Hacker all made the list — and yes, so did Scooter, because ADE has never been afraid of a curveball. There’s even a slot for Het Nationale Ballet, the Dutch National Ballet, which tells you how far beyond the club this thing stretches for its 30th birthday.
A few of these names come pre-loaded with storylines. Prydz’s appearance is no mystery — he already locked in an October 22 Gashouder show, part of the legendary venue’s return to action. And HAAi is having quite the week herself — her new single with James Massiah just dropped this morning.
The daytime conference side is stacking up too. Jean-Michel Jarre and Lady Starlight are pairing up for a “Music & Machines” session, Marcel Dettmann and Luciano will talk through three decades of electronic music, and an “Artists on AI” panel brings together Boys Noize, BT, Dave Clarke, Mathame and Portrait XO — a conversation that feels more urgent every month. There’s also an ADE Startups program spotlighting eight music-tech companies, if you want a peek at what you’ll be complaining about in five years.
Thirty years in, ADE remains the world’s largest club-based festival and conference for electronic music, and this edition looks determined to prove the title still fits. If you’re planning the trip, the usual advice applies: book the flight before the lineup finishes tripling in size, because it will. The final wave of names lands in the run-up to October.
