Kesha had one hell of a past few years. The artist who found fame with her early electronic pop tracks found herself in a legal battle over contractual obligations with her then manager Dr. Luke. Things only got more complicated when it was discovered that sexual abuse allegations also surrounded the complex legal situation. Eventually after many years Kesha was able to exit her contract and begin again to release music.
She came back more powerful than ever. She was featured on BBC Radio 1 this week and when she stopped by she covered one of dance music's biggest hits. Marshmello and Khalid's massive hit ‘Silence' has become a sing along staple for artists all over the world. Kesha took on the song and made it her own. It is absolutely beautiful. Check it out below.
