As there are more than 16,300 people at Nocturnal Wonderland in San Bernadino right now, police have discovered a large cellphone theft ring at play.
Following day 1 of Nocturnal Wonderland, police recovered more than 40 stolen cellphones, after arresting five people at the Glen Helen Amphitheater in Devore. Unfortunately, this isn't the first Southern California music festival where a widespread ring of cellphone thefts were discovered. Earlier this year, authorities were notified as cellphone theft became quite the issue at both the first and second weekends of Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio.
