John Legend – You And I (R3hab Remix)

Recently, R3hab has been making a name for himself as the “R3mix King” with the likes of jaw dropping edits of Summer and Wasted. However, this one most definitely comes out on top, putting the original song to shame, by transforming it into a roaring progressive production. Its a must hear. “I was incredibly excited to work on this remix when asked by John so we started working on a demo right away. He loved it so much that he re-sung the vocals to the new tempo because we wanted it to be absolutely perfect for you.”...

DVBBS & Joey Dale – Deja Vu (ft Delora)

After blowing us away with Arcadia and We Were Young , Joey Dale and BVBBS have joined forces to present us with a mammoth collaboration. However, would I be wrong if I said listening to it brings back a sense of deja vu? Like we’ve heard this before? Anyway, the song reeks of electrifying Joey Dale synths and huge DVBBS drops. Their signature sounds stand out individually to form a seemingly unstoppable track. And to top it all off, the melodies are accompanied by beautiful vocals by the beautiful Delora. Give it a listen...

Tritonal – Anchor (Original Mix)

Hot off the success of their last few releases, Tritonal has just uploaded a new snippet off their upcoming EP ‘Metamorphic III’. Titled Anchor, the song definitely follows the same formula that brought ‘Now or Never’ and ‘Colors’ to the forefront of the progressive/electro house scene. A catchy female vocal, paired with an upbeat melody and the soaring synths that have become the calling card of Tritonal make this a solid release. Out on September 1st on beatport, you can pick this single up, or wait until...

Droptek – Boundaries

Droptek has made a triumphant return to electro-house this week with Boundaries – a hard-hitting, bass-heavy track that’s been released on the Vancouver-based Monstercat label. There’s definitely a good amount of wobble in this one, keeping in line with his southern UK roots, but a high-pitched melodic accent keeps this in check – somewhat reminiscent of Summit by Skrillex and Ellie Goulding.  Clocking in at almost 6 minutes, Boundaries is an electro adventure that will likely have you hitting repeat.  Enjoy this...

3LAU – How You Love Me (Lush & Simon Remix) [Free Download]

3LAU’s massive single that took him to the top and over on Beatport, How You Love Me, has been remixed at least a hundred times so far. With mashups like Hindsight vs. How You Love Me. Lush & Simon just released their remix of  How You Love Me. This remix got immediate support from Tiesto, Nicky Romero, David Guetta, R3hab, W&W, Tritonal, Thomas Gold, BBC Radio 1, and many more. The intro to the song is a little bit faster, and has more rhythm. With a faster beat comes with an explosive sound when you hear the drop. I believe...

Dabin – Embers Feat. Jill Harris

Dabin released a new track for free this week called “Embers”. Although he seems to stray from his usual hardcore bass style I couldn’t be happier with how this track came out, a perfect song to end the summer with. The vocal chops on the drop are done so beautifully. Jill Harris’s sweet soothing voice over these fun playful sounds actually work a lot better then expected. I cant wait to see what Dabin and Kannibalen Records have in store for the future....

Sander Van Doorn, Martin Garrix, DVBBS – Gold Skies (TRST Remix)

TRST is a New York City based producer and describes himself as someone who can “actually DJ,” which in today’s world is incredibly valuable, given the recent Ibiza expeditions of Paris Hilton.  This track is a little bit softer and way dreamier than the original, highlighting the vocals and making better use of the builds. Check out his Soundcloud for the free download and make sure to read his descriptions, he’s...

The Chainsmokers – Polkadots

It’s been a while since The Chainsmokers have released music for free. They’ve been too busy being attractive I suppose. Only a few months after their incredible performance on American Idol which, coincidentally, was a few months after their last free track, we now have “Polkadots”, a song that has been teased for quite some time. The song is about as good as you would expect from the guys. It isn’t as great as most of their progressive/indie tracks, but for a free download and a big room/electro track, it does...
