EDC (Electric Daisy Carnival) was founded by Insomniac Events back in 1992 in a nondescript warehouse in the City of Los Angeles by Steve Kool-Aid. Electric Daisy Carnival was held off and on until 1997 when Insomniac Events took it to Shrine Expo Hall in Los Angeles.
The film was shown in theaters for one night only as it was pulled from most box offices due to negative remarks about the dance music culture and the riot that broke out in Los Angeles following the tweet from Kaskade that he would be performing in the middle of the streets.
The Documentary features artists such as Steve Aoki, Travis Barker, Will.I.Am and Swedish House Mafia.
